Imagine, being free to be yourself. Free to relax, Free to accept yourself just as you are, Free to accept others as they are. Free to experience who you are inside more than what you show outside. Free to just be!
Remember running naked through the house or going skinny dipping as a youngster? Remember how free and exhilarated you felt? There was a sense of comfort, a sense of total acceptance, a feeling of total freedom, and a innocent disregard of the fears and inhibitions that develop with adulthood. You can recapture those feelings of freedom and that sense of self esteem and acceptance again.

Ο Lawrence Casler, του πανεπιστημίου State University της Ν. Υόρκης, εξέτασε 115 γυμνιστές και ένα από τα βασικά του ευρήματα ήταν ότι οι γυμνιστές δεν διεγείρονται σεξουαλικά στη θέα των ολόγυμνων κορμιών. Που μπορεί να οφείλεται αυτό; Ο Casler πιστεύει ότι η σεξουαλική διέγερση μπροστά στο γυμνό είναι μια μαθησιακή αντίδραση γι' αυτό και τα γυμνά κορμιά είναι ικανά να διεγείρουν κάτω από ορισμένες συνθήκες.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
It is normal to be a little anxious about your first visit to a nudist event. But there is nothing to fear, all you will find there is a lot of nice people who couldn't care less if you take off your clothes or what you your body looks like. Nudist accept you for the person you are, not the body you have. You will find the groups friendly and open to new visitors.

Being a single female Naturist for many years hasn’t always been easy, although it really is quite simple. I am a Naturist, which to me is a simple and very natural way of being. However, I have encountered difficulties along the way which have made it not always an easy process.
